"Language proficiency is the asset of a country which requires the government to invest in." In the age of globalization, elevating English ability is the priority in education of modern countries. New leadership concepts focusing on a viewpoint of knowledge economy becomes the key to promoting the implementation of English villages as well as the power to expand its development. This study explores the recontextualization of future development of English villages in order to achieve its unlimited potentiality and become an innovative English learning method of good quality.
