本研究之目的在於建構跆拳道道館經營成功因素之評量工具,此工具以適合台灣地區跆拳道道館經營模式編製而成。首先藉由訪談道館之教練及經營者後,將所彙集之資料與過去相關之研究,編製成道館經營成功因素之問巻,經調查跆拳道道館經營之相關人士70名後,將所得之問卷數據加以統合,經項目分析、因素分析及信度分析之結果,完成建構此量表。 問卷資料經統計分析結果如下;首先經項目分析篩選出28個題目爲最後量表項目,而各項目之平均值介於2.55至4.58,其標準差介於0.517至0.990。而再由因素分析建立量表效度,以主軸因素分析法(principal-axes factor analysis),抽取特徵值(eigenvalue)大於1.00的因素,選定其最大負荷量高於0.45者,且其他因素負荷量須低於0.35爲標準,所得項目之主要構面可分爲七個因素,包含「場地設施與活動承辦」、「經營策略選擇及運用」、「道館整體氣氛」、「課程規劃與師資」、「e化服務」、「人際互動關係」及「經營者之專業態度」等。最後經由信度分析測量各構面間的可信度,得各構面之Cronbachα值介於.6814至.8902之間,整份問卷之信度則達.8745,具良好信度。 此量表建構完成之後,期望能爲日後欲開設跆拳道道館經營者,對新設道館經營模式有脈絡可尋,減少不必要的支出成本,提高經營成功的機會,希望將來有更多的優質跆拳道道館誕生,造福參與跆拳道運動之民眾,提升台灣跆拳道運動的水準,亦能在國際賽事上大放光芒。
The purpose of this research was to seek the successful factors in operating Tae Kwon Center. Base on the research goal to develop the evaluation panel of successful factor in operating domestic Tae Kwon Center. The total 70 relevant operators of Tae Kwon Centers have carried on the questionnaire. The questionnaire is formulated by the researcher and included 40 listed items regarding the successful factor in operating Tae Kwon Center. According to the current documents and combination of information gathering from the interview, also through item analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis and chart establishment, thus deriving the compiled data of the chart scale. By the way of item analysis, 28 items finally have been selected and each item obtains average value between 2.55 and 4.58, and the standard differentiation between 0.517 and 0.990. At the aspect of factor analysis, use ”the principal-axes factor analysis” as a standard to retrieve the factor of its eigenvalue more than 1.00, maximum weight/load larger than 0.45 and other factors' weight/load less than 0.35. As the result of scale chart, the main frame panel of 7 domains/categories consists of ”Site furnishing and activity holding”. ”Choice and manipulation of operation strategy”, ”The atmosphere of Do Kwan”, ”The planning of courses and the qualification of teacher”, ”Computerization service”, ”Interpersonal relationship”, ”Operator's professionalism”. As the aspect of scale chart reliability, the each chart scale of Cronbach α value is between 0.6814 and 0.8902. The reliability of the overall questionnaire reaches 0.8745. Thus possessing an extraordinary reliability.
