框架式面板牆系統構法對於隔音性能影響之研究

摘要


本研究對室內裝修常用之隔間牆種類-框架式面板牆以CNS15160-3方法進行量測,探討框架式面板牆隔音之改善對策,並將面板種類、面板層數、填充材之變因進行比較。經實驗驗證屏東科技大學綠建材聲學實驗室聲壓分布均勻適合進行隔音性能試驗後,以常用之裝修材料C型鋼作為骨架,測試各種材料面板隔音性能;測試結果發現本研究相同構造之試材其面密度大之板材隔音效果較佳,增加牆體厚度與空氣層可提升牆體中低頻的隔音性能,在框架式面板牆內放入填充材玻璃纖維棉可增加整體8~10dB之隔音性能,而雙層面板結構則可增加6~10dB之隔音性能,另外以雙層不同面板測試後發現其結構可改善高頻之重合頻率效應。

This study investigates construction method of light steel partition on sound insulation performance .These study objects used the measurement of sound insulation in CNS 15160-3 laboratory measurements of air-born sound insulation of building elements. The results showed that filled with the glass fiber could improve sound insulation more then 8~10 dB. The sound insulation effect of fiber cement board is the best than the other. Double board structure is more then single board structure 6~10dB of sound insulation performance. However, we found the different type in double board of the specimen could improvement coincidence effect at high frequencies, the surface density is the major factor of face board for sound insulation performance.
