輕鋼架隔間牆構件對隔音性能之研究

Soundproof Research on the Constitution of Light Steel Frame Partition Wall

摘要


由於台灣都會地區人口匯集,在地狹人稠的情況下,建築物逐漸往高層化發展,為減輕結構自重,磚牆與RC牆已不再適用在此類建築,且因輕鋼架隔間牆系統較磚牆與RC牆具有避震性、耐潮性、載重輕、施工迅速、工地乾淨、耐久性、防火性能等優點,故輕鋼架隔間牆被大量使用在各項建築物中。也因其重量輕,在理論上,隔音性能較傳統磚牆與RC牆差,故本研究以矽酸鈣板輕鋼架隔間牆系統之隔音性能加以探討,在標準之實驗室以聲音強度法進行實驗分析,探討矽酸鈣板輕鋼架隔間牆之透過損失,研究立柱間距、立柱寬度、螺絲間距、填充材等因子對透過損失之影響,作為日後設計室內分間牆之參考依據。

Dense population on a limited land, with the growth of population of metropolis, modern building structures now develop into high elevation gradually in Taiwan. To reduce the weight of construction itself, (Brick or RC Wall already does not fit for this construction category) Light steel frame partition wall provide with merit features of endure moist, light weight, fast construction, neat and tidy, durable and fireproof . Light Steel Frame Partition Wall has been implemented of great quantity in varies different constructions. Theoretically, because the lighter weight of itself, the soundproof characters could be inferior to traditional Brick Wall and RC Wall. This research is focused on the sound proof parameters of the constitution of light steel frame partition wall. This research is also focus on the Silicon Calcium board light steel frame partition wall. Research is performed in meet standard requirement laboratory and measured by precision instrument, by use Acoustic Strength measurement to probe into the influence factor of filler substance, steel frame distance, screw distance etc. This research is dedicated to provide these parameters as a reference for future related design.
