高中學生的行為抑制/行為激發系統與運動自我設限之相關研究

The Relationships of Behavioral Inhibition/Behavioral Approach System and Exercise Self-Handicapping among Senior High School Students

摘要


目的:本研究主要目的在以Gray(1982, 1990)的人格理論為研究架構,探討高中學生行為抑制系統/行為激發系統與運動自我設限之間的關係。方法:研究對象為台南縣某高中參與體育課的188名學生(男生67名,女生121名),平均年齡17.22 ± 0.86歲,在一般休息情境下填寫問卷,包括「行為抑制與行為激發量表」與「運動自我設限量表」。結果:經皮爾遜積差相關與線性迴歸分析顯示:一、行為抑制系統與運動自我設限呈正相關,而行為激發系統與自我設限呈現呈負相關。二、行為抑制系統為運動自我設限的正向預測因子,而行為激發系統為自我設限的負向預測因子。結論:根據本研究發現,人格傾向不同確實對於個人之運動自我設限有所影響。

Purpose: Based on the construct of Personality Theory (Gray, 1982), present study tried to explore the relation of behavioral inhibition/behavioral approach system and exercise self-handicapping among senior high school students. Methods: The participants were 188 senior high school students recruited from Tainan County High School (male = 67, female = 121), and the average years was 17.22 ± 0.86 years old; they were asked to complete behavioral inhibition system, behavioral approach system scale, and exercise self-handicapping scale. The data was analyzed by Pearson correlation and linear regression. Results: 1. Behavioral inhibition system was positively correlated to exercise self-handicapping, whereas behavioral approach system was negatively correlated to exercise self-handicapping. 2. Behavioral inhibition system is a positive prediction factor to self-handicapping whereas behavioral approach system is a negative prediction factor to self-handicapping. Conclusion: According to the results, the findings indicated different personality tendencies would affect individual self-handicapping in exercise.
