排球攔網步法對攔網時間影響之研究

Effect of Block Time by Using Different Block Steps

摘要


目的:本研究目的在探討優秀排球選手,使用不同的攔網步法在固定距離與攔網高度下,攔網整體反應時間的表現。方法:以八名大專優秀男子排球選手(平均身高185.0±3.2公分,22.9±1.5歲)為研究對象,受試者以跨步跑跳法與倂步滑步法進行攔網,以自製排球攔網評估系統進行紀錄整體反應時間。結果:以SPSS 18.0對實驗結果做成對t檢定統計分析,結果發現跨步跑跳步法起跳攔網的平均攔網整體反應時間為1.69秒,顯著快於併步滑步起跳攔網步法的平均攔網整體反應時間1.72秒(p<.05)。結論:在整體反應時間上若能有良好的表現,相對的也能夠爭取更多的時間,以利於技術執行的成功,若能經過適當訓練將可改善其整體攔網反應時間表現。

The goal of the study was to investigate total response time (TRT) for different block steps under the fixed distance and jump altitude. Eight elite volleyball players (male, 22.9±1.5 year old, and 185.0±3.2 cm) were recruited in this study. Each of subjects needed to block by using two different block steps. The self-developed system was used to record TRT. Significant difference was analyzed by using pair-t test function of SPSS 18.0. The results showed that the TRTs of the subjects that used stride run-jump steps are significantly faster than the TRTs of the subjects that used together-slippery steps (1.69 sec vs. 1.72 sec, p<.05). The volleyball players with excellent performance of TRT can obtain more time as well as success of skill execution. The appropriate training can efficiently improve the performance of TRT.
