學校體育運動發展青少年品德之探討

Character Development in Teens through Physical Education at School

摘要


家庭、社會、學校等教養單位若無法針對快速變遷的社會做出配合及調整,將導致人們價值觀受到嚴重扭曲,造成治安敗壞,青少年犯罪也將成為社會安定的重大問題,而霸凌、飆車、吸毒、中蝦、作弊、鬥毆、援交、網路犯罪……等社會事件層出不窮,顯現推動及落實品德教育,成為現今教育單位之重要課題。本文透過文獻回顧方式,就學校體育運動及品德教育的內涵分別探討,並嘗試找出共通點。因學校體育運動具有遊戲、公平競爭、自我奮鬥、遵守規定、充分互動等特質,因此,在此情境中使學生潛移默化,涵養品德,進而展現具體優良品行,則成為體育教師或教練另一項重要的使命。本文目的希望供體育教師或教練具備如此信念,透過策略運用將品德教育落實於體育教學或運動情境中,使學生在運動過程中,感受品德氛圍的薰陶,內化品德知識,培養有品行為,進而外顯於運動場上,昇華於運動場外,發散日常生活中。

If the caring department such as families, society, and schools can't take action to adapt the rapid transition to the society nowadays, it will contribute to moral distortion to people and breaking the peace in society. Furthermore, the number of teenage crimes such as bullying, car racing, drug abuse, dropping out of school, cheating, fighting, sex trading, and internet crimes has been increasing in recent years. It heightens the educational awareness of the importance of character development. This study discusses the correlation between physical education at school and character building in teens. PE has some features such as game, fair competition, self-improvement, following rules, and interaction. How to make students build their character through participating physical activities at school becomes one of the important jobs of teachers. The study aims to encourage PE teachers and coaches at school to have this kind of belief. By implementing some strategies, PE teachers can improve students' character and enhance their moral knowledge midst physical activities and present in daily lives.
