人體運動之勁度效應

The Effectiveness of Stiffness on Human Movement

摘要


人體之骨骼和肌肉系統具有彈性特徵,故可視為彈簧質量模型;而依據虎克定律,勁度決定人體運動之力量輸出的效能。因此,本研究藉由文獻回顧的方式,分為人體勁度之模型、人體動作勁度之評估和影響人體動作勁度之因素等面向,以剖析人體運動之勁度效應及其研究上之價值。

Skeletal and muscular systems of the human body have spring characteristics; they can be regarded as a spring-mass model. According to Hooke's law, stiffness determines the effectiveness of the power output of human movement. Through a literature review, this study sought to extend findings into the perspectives: (a) the model of the human body stiffness, (b) the evaluation of human motion stiffness, and (c) the impact factors of human motion stiffness. As mentioned, this study hereby analyzed the effectiveness of the stiffness of human movement and its contributions to research.
