彰化縣立體育場使用者設施需求與使用滿意度之研究

A Study on Demand and Satisfaction for Changhua County Stadium Users

摘要

自實施週休二日以來，國人生活型態改變，對於運動休閒之需求提高，有鑑於此，政府積極整建各地運動設施以及推廣全民運動。本文藉由調查彰化縣立體育場使用者對設施需求與滿意度情形，瞭解運動設施是否符合使用者之期望，希望能提供民眾更適切的運動環境。本研究以立意取樣之方式針對彰化縣立體育場使用者為研究對象，有效問卷為296份，研究工具為「運動園區使用者設施需求與使用滿意度問卷」，內容分為「個人基本資料」、「設施需求量表」與「設施滿意度量表」三部份。本研究發現使用者對於設施需求之構面以「設施規劃適切性」（M=3.66）為最高，其構面係針對親子互動設施需求、年長者休閒活動需求與設施定期保養，顯示使用者對於目前特定族群或適合全家一同活動之設施有一定程度之需求，另對於老舊設施汰換亦特別重視。設施滿意度之構面以「環境品質」（M=3.22）為最低，主要是關於休閒坐椅、飲水設備、廁所、垃圾桶的數量、設立位置與清潔程度，以及夜間照明設備是否充足，此構面滿意度為最低，顯示目前設置的狀況，尚有改善之空間。建議針對目前最熱門之運動種類，配合「打造運動島」之政策推廣運動相關知識，藉由運動社團之成立，培養民眾規律運動的好習慣。另外，加強飲水設施與環境清潔部分，提升民眾前往從事運動之意願與運動設施使用率。

Since the implementation of the two-day weekend, people's lifestyle changed. With the increasing exercise's demand, government builds sports facilities and promotes the national activity. This study was used purposive sampling to survey the demand and satisfaction of using the Changhua County Stadium. There were total of 296 questionnaires collected. The questionnaire refer to the scale ＂the demand and satisfaction of facilities in Changhua County Stadium＂. It includes three parts which are the fundamental data, leisure demands for facilities and satisfaction of facilities. The conclusions were as follows: Results of the study showed that the demand of facility suitability was highest. It was related the parent-child interaction, seniors demand for leisure activities and regular maintenance of facilities. It showed that users need the facilities for specific groups or family. The satisfaction of quality of the environment was lowest. It related that chairs, drinking water facilities, toilets, trash can and night lighting were insignificancy. According to above findings, recommendations are to plan suits for specific groups of sports facilities, and to enhance environmental quality and related equipment for increase the utilization.
