啟智學校實施適應體育教學之個案研究

A Case study on the Teachers Implementing Adapted Physical Education Instruction in A Special School for Students with Intellectual Disabilities

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解啟智學校之不同專業背景教師,實施適應體育教學的現況,及實際面臨的問題。本文採用質性研究之訪談法及語意分析法,藉由訪談6位從事適應體育教學之參與者,研究結論臚列於下:一、重視個別化精神與教學熱忱,以帶動啟智學校身心障礙學生的體適能發展。二、在受限的教學環境之中,樂趣化的教學設計,能夠增加學生的參與度。三、靈活調整教學適應個別差異,讓學生有最大的發揮空間。四、教學中的運動分級,可以減低困難感,加強融合增進社會適應。五、教師應不斷進修、交流,充實適應體育教學內容。六、啟智學校教師研發重度學生體適能相關活動教材、教具,為最重要之課題。最後,提出具體的研究建議,以為教育主管機關或從事適應體育工作的同道參酌。

The purpose of this study was to understand the status quo and problems of teachers with different professional backgrounds implementing adapted physical education instruction in special school for students with intellectual disabilities. This study employed both semi-structured interviews and linguistic analysis of qualitative research approaches to six adapted physical education teachers. The conclusions were as follows: (1) Adapted physical education knowledge and skills are required to implement physical fitness development of students with disabilities. (2) Fun-oriented activities increase the extent of students' participation. (3) The accommodation and modification to individual differences enlarge students' learning possibilities. (4) Those students with disabilities can reduce hard feelings and increase social adaptation by sports classification in class activities. (5)The teachers need training and interaction with colleagues to enrich the contents of adapted physical education. (6) Developing physical-fitness-related teaching materials, activities and teaching aids for students with severe disabilities are the most important issues for teachers. At last, some ameliorative suggestions were made for adapted physical educators and those related researches will be conducted in the near future.
