偏鄉小學推動健康與體育課程創新之策略

The Creative Strategies of Healthy and Physical Curriculum on Rural Elementary School

摘要


國小健體課程為國民體育之基石,透過教學傳遞正確健康知識與運動技巧,讓運動習慣從小扎根,培育運動正向信念,帶動全民運動之理想,故健體課程教學品質關乎運動推廣成敗關鍵。健體課程創新教學為近年來活化教學受重視之策略,教師專業必須提升,透過多元進修管道,提升教學效能,使課程教學更多差異化與適性化,讓孩子都能在運動過程中享受樂趣。本研究探討課程創新之意涵及其必要性,並針對偏鄉小學健體課程創新提出發展策略,供教學現場教師參考,以利各項運動相關政策之推展與活絡教學。

The healthy and physical curriculum in the elementary schools is the base of citizen sport. It can delivers correct health knowledge and motor skills through teaching and develops exercise habits from childhood, nurturing positive faith that creative healthy and physical curriculum can be as an important strategy for rising up teaching quality. In the new era, teachers' professional must developed through multiple tunnels to enhance the effectiveness and curriculums-needed more differentiated and adaption that children can have fun in the process of movement. In this study, we collect literatures to explore the meanings and implications of curriculum innovation, and present development strategies as for teachers' references, in order to promote the relevant policies and active teaching.
