摘要
人道哲學是孔子儒學裏的中心思想，包括了生命哲學、仁的哲學、教育哲學和生命管理哲學等。人道就是人類的生活之道，凡與人類生活有關的一切內容均包含於其中。孔子的生命哲學指導世人獲致生命人格、生命幸福、生命價值和生命意義。其仁的哲學在於主張仁是所有德性的根本，知仁及行仁是仁人知行合一的偉大成就。其教育哲學教人學仁及行仁包括有內聖外王的教育、修己安人的教育、立己立人的教育及大同思想的教育等.。而其生命管理哲學亦是以仁為其中心思想，並以人格教育教導世人成就為善人、君子、賢人或聖人，並以天道之真、人道之善和地道之美教人享有身、心、靈統整人格。孔子的人道哲學是生命幸福哲學，其功用是萬古常新，其價值是無遠弗屆，而其意義是永恒的。

Human-Tao Philosophy is Confucius' central thought in his Confucianism, including Life Philosophy, Jen (Benevolence) Philosophy, Education Philosophy and Life Management Philosophy. Human Tao is the way of the human life in which all items concerning with life are involved. Confucius' Life Philosophy teaches people to obtain life personality, life beatitude, life value and life significance. His Jen Philosophy asserts that Jen (Benevolence) is the origin of all kinds of virtues. Knowing and doing the Jen is a benevolent man's great achievement of the unity of knowledge and action. His Education Philosophy teaches people to learn and do the Jen, including the education of sageness-inside and kingly-outside, the education of cultivating oneself and stabilizing others, the education of establishing oneself and others and the education of the Great harmony thought etc. His Life Management Philosophy also takes Jen as his central thought, and applies personality education to teach people to be good men, gentlemen, superior men or saints and also applies the truth of Heavenly Tao, the goodness of Human Tao and the beauty of Earthly Tao to possess the integral personality of body, mind and soul. Confucius' Human Tao Philosophy is the philosophy of life beatitude, its function is everlasting, its value is everywhere and its significance is eternal.
