高中橄欖球員對教練領導行為知覺之研究

A Study of the Coaching Leadership Behavior in High School Rugby Layers

摘要


本研究旨在了解國內高中橄欖員對教練領導行為及知覺差異情形的關係;以參加94年度全國中正杯橄欖球錦標賽高中組參賽之球員共168名為研究對象,並分為第一部份:「運動領導量表」,第二部分:選手背景資料部份,整體名為「高中橄欖球教練領導行為調查問卷量表」。本研究所得資料,以套裝軟體(SPSS for Windows 10.0)進行分析,所使用之統計方法包括描述性統計分析、單因子變異數分析、逐步迴歸預測分析,若達顯著差異水準,則以薛費法進行事後比較分析。結果發現:一、國內高中橄欖球教練在知覺的「教練領導行為量表」中各構面的得分高低,依序為「訓練與指導」、「關懷行為」、「獎勵行為」、「民主行為」「專制行為」。二、不同變項的高中橄欖球選手所知覺教練領導行為差異情形在不同年齡組別「16歲」的選手所知覺教練較高的民主行為;在不同隊齡時間方面「3年」較「1年」的選手所知覺教練表現較高的專制行為;在不同訓練頻率方面每周「6-7天」選手較「4-5」天的選手所知覺教練較高的民主行為。

This research is aimed to understand the correlation on the Rugby coaching leadership behavior and team coherence sensed by high school players. We take the National Chung Chen High School Rugby Championship Tournament 2005 for example. There are totally 168 high school players for our experimental subjects. They are divided into as the 1st part- the Sports Leadership Scale, the 2nd part- Team Coherence Scale and the 3rd part- the Player Background. All are briefly titled as the Questionnaire Scale for High School Rugby Coaches' Leadership Behavior and Team Coherence.Findings: 1. The scores of each sensed dimension of our local high school rugby coaches are ranked as the Training & Instruction, Concerning Behavior, Re warding Behaviors, Democratic and Tyrannical Behaviors in an increasing order.2. The Behavior Difference Extent for the Coaching Leadership Behavior Sensed by High School Rugby Players on the Same Variable Among the various groups, the group members aging 16 will sense higher democratic behaviors about coaches. Among the seniority about team play, the group with 3 years actually sense higher tyrannical coaching behavior than those of the group with only 1 year team play seniority. Among the various frequencies in training, the group with 6-7 days training per week actually senses higher democratic coaching behaviors than that of the group with 4-5 days training per week.
