大專院校生涯輔導諮商處遇方法適用性研究─個案研究

本文應用「現實治療」之「選擇理論」（choice theory）於團體帶領中，幫助大學生做生涯抉擇並進一步擬定生涯規劃。本文運用Carleen Glasser（1996）現實治療引導個體改變的「WDEP」諮商療程設計團體方案，並進行團體帶領。「WDEP」分別是（1）「W」（Want）：透過「身份拼圖」、「不能沒有你」活動方案幫助團體成員探索其生活與工作的欲望、需求和知覺；（2）「D」（Doing）：透過「我的時間餡餅」活動方案幫助團體成員了解其重視生活的方向與目前的行為；（3）「E」（Evaluation）：透過「人格拼圖」即何倫職業測驗簡易版測驗活動方案幫助團體成員自我評估；（4）「P」「Plans」：透過「我的生涯規劃方案」、「十年後的同學會」活動方案幫助團體成員對於其生涯的規劃與承諾。團體共分「參與階段」、「探索階段」、「行動階段」、「結束階段」四個階段，以十個單元進行，主要著重於成員人格與生涯探索、生涯抉擇與資源的運用。並藉由學習「選擇理論」幫助其確認自己的需求，並評估這些需求是否可在現實生活中獲得滿足，以訂定一個積極性的生涯計劃，以利成員選擇正確的方向滿足其生涯規劃需求。在生涯規劃的執行個案方面，本文採個案中心治療方式進行諮商以透過情緒支持與自我的增強幫助個案找到內在的力量執行其生涯規劃方案。在生涯困境的個案方面，因其自我表達方面比較膽怯，本文採屋樹人投射測驗協助其表達內在的想法與自我了解。在三個方向的治療方案進行下，個案皆表現比以往更高的出席率與學業成績。

In this paper, we verified the fitting therapy in career guidance for university students with case study. We employed the ”Choice Theory” of ”Reality Therapy” to help college students who transfers to another department for several times to make career choices and further plan learning programs by group counseling. Since behavioral problems can not deal with psychological therapy, should begin to change and improve educational methods (Glasser). We look for helping the members to explore themselves and to adopt the resource. We also expect to assist the members making the correct decisions in their life. We also adopted the client center therapy to encourage the graduated school student who knows what she wants but lack confidence to make career decision and take the responsibility. This study introduced the H-T-P (House-Tree-Person) test to help the students who postponed graduating to express their difficult position. Therefore, by the client center therapy we emphasized encourage clients and the H-T-P help the person who can't express his thinking with oral. This paper verified the fitting therapy in career guidance for university students with case study and showed good performance in career guidance.
