過度工作、組織溝通、組織信任對工作績效影響之研究-以臺灣半導體產業為例

The Impact of Overwork, Organizational Communication, Organizational Trust on Job Performance-A Case Study of Taiwan's Semiconductor Industry

摘要


長期以來,臺灣半導體產業之競爭壓力隨著全球化而日漸加重,然而臺灣員工的過度工作或是勞資糾紛所造成的企業形象受損卻常見諸於媒體。員工面對臺灣半導體產業的工作環境惡化及組識成員的信任危機,作好調適身心的狀態才能免於衝擊。而企業除了加強員工的在職訓練之外,仍需注意臺灣半導體產業的過度工作、組織溝通及組織信任的影響效應以利提升員工的工作績效。此外,企業在生產活動中,完善的人員溝通與協調機制才有助於創造企業的整體利潤。因此,本研究針對臺灣半導體產業之工作績效進行研究,目的在於了解過度工作、組織溝通和組織信任對臺灣半導體產業員工的工作績效之影響性,期盼研究結論與建議對於相關業者或單位,能夠發揮改善臺灣半導體產業的工作環境以提高工作績效的效果。

The intensive pressure of competition in the globalization of Taiwan's semiconductor industry has been gradually increased for a long time. However, overworked Taiwanese employees or labor disputes causing enterprise image damage were sometimes reported in the media. In face of mutual trust crisis between employees and employers as well as the working environmental degradation, employees can only prevent themselves from these impacts by adapting their physical and mental status in balance. In addition to strengthen the corporate staffs' on-job training, enterprises still need to pay attention to the effects impacted by overwork, organizational communication and organizational trust in order to enhance employees’ job performance. In addition, dedication to the mechanism improvement for staff communication and coordination during the production activities of an enterprise can be beneficial to create the corporate overall profits. Therefore, this study is to conduct a research on the job performances in Taiwan's semiconductor industry, aiming at understanding the impacts of overwork, organizational communication and organizational trust on the job performances of staffs in Taiwan's semiconductor industry. It is expected to come to the conclusions and offer recommendations for that of the relevant industry or organizations in order to facilitate in the working environment improvement and to increase the efficiency of job performance in Taiwan's semiconductor industry.
