回顧國內有關企業導入訓練品質評核系統(Taiwan TrainQuali System, TTQS)之研究,鮮少從員工角度,探討企業導入TTQS制度的落實度,對員工組織承諾及工作績效之影響。本研究即以企業導入TTQS為研究背景,探討企業在導入教育訓練評核體系後對員工的組織承諾及工作績效之影響。 本研究採用問卷調查法蒐集資料,共回收468份問卷,研究對象為中部地區中小企業導入TTQS且通過門檻以的廠商所屬員工。研究結果發現,企業導入TTQS對組織承諾具有正向影響;組織承諾對工作績效具有正向影響;企業導入TTQS對員工的工作績效具有正向影響;最後,組織承諾對TTQS導入落實度與工作績效具有部分中介效果。顯然企業導入TTQS制度的實際落實,有助於提升員工對組織的向心力,從而反應在員工良好的工作績效上。最後,本文根據上述結果,提出管理意涵與研究意涵,並針對未來研究提出建議。
By literature review, we find the Taiwan TrainQuali System (hereafter as TTQS) issues were less discussed from employee perspectives. Thus, the purpose of this study is to explore the effect of TTQS on organizational commitment and work performance. This study employs the questionnaire method. The respondents include employees which small and medium enterprises (SMEs) adopted TTQS and pass threshold in Taichung region. A total of 468 effective samples were analyzed by using SPSS. The research findings indicated that (1) the adoption of TTQS has positive impact on the organizational commitment; (2) organiational commitment has positive impact on the work performance;(3) the adoption of TTQS has positive impact on the work performance. Finally, implications of the present study and directions for future research are discuessed.
