國民小學校務評鑑委員專業知能及其培訓課程之研究:受評學校校長之觀點

A Study on the Professional Competence and Training Course of Elementary School Evaluators: The Point of View of Principals

摘要


本研究旨在透過訪談探究國民小學校務評鑑委員應具備之專業知能及其培訓之課程內容,以立意抽樣選取7位國民小學受評學校校長進行訪談,研究工具為研究者自編「國民小學校務評鑑委員專業知能及其培訓課程之研究訪談大綱」,經由資料蒐集與分析後,主要發現如下:一、國民小學校務評鑑委員專業知能之內涵主要包含專業知識及專業技能二個層面、九個知能項目;二、國民小學校務評鑑委員培訓課程之內容主要涵蓋評鑑理論及評鑑實務二個層面、九個課程內容;三、本研究所建構國小校務評鑑委員應具備之專業知能及其培訓課程內容具適切性。

The purpose of this study is to explore the Professional Competence and Training Course for Elementary School Evaluators by using interviews. Researcher collected data through individual interviews with 7 Principals. The main findings are as follows:(1) the connotation of the professional competence of elementary school evaluators includes two aspects, evaluation knowledge and evaluation skill, and nine competence items; (2) the content of training course for elementary school evaluators includes two aspects, evaluation theory and evaluation practice, and nine course contents; (3) the professional competence and training course of elementary school evaluators established by the study are pertinent.
