The purpose of this study is to explore the Professional Competence and Training Course for Elementary School Evaluators by using interviews. Researcher collected data through individual interviews with 7 Principals. The main findings are as follows:(1) the connotation of the professional competence of elementary school evaluators includes two aspects, evaluation knowledge and evaluation skill, and nine competence items; (2) the content of training course for elementary school evaluators includes two aspects, evaluation theory and evaluation practice, and nine course contents; (3) the professional competence and training course of elementary school evaluators established by the study are pertinent.
