人文故事應用於幼兒園課程之探究

摘要


2-6歲幼兒的認知發展階段為運思前期,這時期的幼兒只能對「可直接知覺到的事物」進行思考,因此,品格教育(如毅力、勇氣)的內涵對幼兒來說是抽象的,需要配合具體的經驗歷程來理解。以故事進行教學具有替代學習與可重複的功能:透過故事人物的經驗,有益幼兒對抽象品格概念的理解。慈濟志業體在50多年的行願歷史中,充滿了真實感人的故事,是豐富的寶庫,值得研究如何轉化為適齡教材。本研究問題為:(一)、人文故事應用於幼兒園課程的選材標準為何?(二)、人文故事應用於幼兒園課程的方式和實踐策略為何?本研究旨在探究將人文故事應用於幼兒園課程的方式-了解幼兒園教師如何將真實故事融入幼兒課程,發展出具有生命與社會意義的課程。本研究採質性研究的方式,研究對象為二家幼兒園,共訪談六位教師、進行教學觀察,並整理教學文件資料。本研究初步整理出以真實人文故事應用在幼兒園課程的方式、教師採用的教學方法,期作為學前教保人員運用之參考。

The cognitive development stage of children aged 2-6 years is the early stage of thinking. Children in this period can only think about "things that can be directly perceived." Therefore, the meaning of character education ( such as perseverance and courage) is abstract for young children. It needs to be understood in conjunction with specific experience. Teaching with stories has alternative learning and repeatable functions: through the experience of story characters, it is useful for children to understand the concept of abstract character. In the history of the wish action of more than 50 years, Tzu Chi foundation is full of real and touching stories. It is a rich treasure box and worth studying how to transform it into school-age textbooks. The research questions are as follows: (1) What are the criteria for selecting humanities stories for kindergarten curriculum? (2) What are the methods and practical strategies for applying humanities stories to kindergarten curriculum? The purpose of this study was to explore ways in which human stories can be applied to kindergarten courses - understanding how kindergarten teachers integrate real stories into early childhood curriculum and develop children's learning with life and social significance. The study was conducted in two kindergartens that are experimenting with this course. A total of six teachers were interviewed, teaching observations were made, and teaching documents were compiled. This study initially compiled the method of applying the real human story to the kindergarten curriculum and the teaching method adopted by the teacher, in order to serve as a reference for the preschool education staff.
