幼兒園「教師文化」初探

A Preliminary Exploration on Teachers' Culture in Preschool

摘要


中小學的研究已指出教師文化在課程改革推動的關鍵性角色。2016年「幼兒園教保活動課程大綱」的頒布,象徵了幼兒園課程與教學轉型的重要時刻,若能掌握與理解幼兒園「教師文化」的樣貌,將有助於相關政策之推展。本研究之目的在探討一公立幼兒園的教師文化為何,透過質性訪談資料的蒐集,分析幼兒園之教師文化。研究結果發現幼兒園的教師文化有下列特徵:(1)盡可能維持原有教學和工作的步調;(2)各班分工,獨立工作;(3)爭取班級資源,重視班級活動。

Some previous studies of elementary and secondary schools have pointed out the important role of teachers' culture in curriculum reform. The enactment of the Early Childhood Education & Care Curriculum Framework (ECECCF) in 2016 is an important time for the transformation of preschool's curriculum. If we could understand the "teachers' culture" in preschools, it would help us to promote the relevant policies from the government. The aim of this study is to explore teachers' culture in a public preschool. The researcher used qualitative interviews and analyzed the characteristics of teachers' culture. The results show: 1. Teachers try to maintain the original daily practices without any changes. 2. The classes in the preschool work independently and separately without cooperation. 3. Teachers are striving for resources for their own classes.
