影響製造業創新績效模式的實證研究

An Empirical Study on the Effects of Manufacturing Innovation Performance Model

摘要


組織的知識管理與創新活動正是提升企業競爭力的重要依據。本研究以企業動態能力為主要利基,並且加入知識分享和吸收能力觀點,以實證研究的方式探討企業動態能力對於創新績效的影響。採用問卷調查法針對台灣前500大製造業的研發相關部門進行調查,並以淨最小平方法驗證研究模式。研究結果指出企業創新績效將會伴隨企業動態能力而有所影響,即「企業動態能力越強,則創新績效越高」。此項研究可提供製造業轉型所需要的知識管理能力,突破製造業僅能仰賴代工生產低利潤的宿命。

Important basis on the enterprises competitiveness were organization knowledge management and innovation active. In this empirical study, we discuss the affected dynamic capabilities to innovation performance, and to join the perspective of absorptive capacities and knowledge sharing. For experiment, question survey and partial least squares analysis for Top 500 manufacturing companies' R&D section in Taiwan were used to test the research model. Result argued that innovation performance be affected by dynamic capabilities for the organization, ”when the organization stronger dynamic capabilities, innovation and higher performance”. We supported knowledge management capabilities on manufacturing change, to solve the problems OEM production of low profit.
