融入開放式創新觀點之創新經營-補教組織之個案研究

Open Innovation Perspective into Innovation Management - A CaseStudy of Cram School

摘要


面臨激烈的競爭壓力與教育市場化的趨勢,補習教育組織必須思考如何以創新的經營來提升自身價值,創造自身差異化的服務,才能提供顧客更多元化的服務來因應挑戰。開放式創新的觀點重視價值創造過程中之內外部成員、顧客、夥伴等相關利害關係人的影響性,強調同領域或跨領域尋求合作夥伴,使組織能夠以較少資源投入,獲取較大效能產出。本研究旨在探討補習教育組織之開放式創新經營,採用質性的個案研究法,以高雄市一所文理補習班為實例進行探討。根據研究結果發現,個案補習班的經營模式不同於補教市場下之規範,跳脫同型化規模連鎖品牌的制度規範,能夠採取開放式創新的經營,創造出差異化之經營優勢,並得到教學口碑;個案文理補習班進行開放式創新的作法,包括採用外部創新、合作創新與資訊搜尋的方式,同時重視智慧財產之保護。最後,本研究提出研究結論與意涵。

Facing competitive pressure and educational marketization, cram schools need to develop innovation management to create value, provide differentiated service, and adapt to environment turbulence. The perspective of open innovation emphasizes the influence of the stakeholders in the value creation process. Organizations have to find their partners not only from the same organization but also from the interdisciplinary fields so that they will be able to obtain the utmost performance with the least investment. The purpose of this study is to explore the open innovation management of a cram school. This study uses qualitative case study method taking a science & language cram school in Kaohsiung as an example. The results show that the case cram school does not fall into the typical cram school under the current market norms. Its open innovation management creates competitive advantage and positive word of mouth. The open innovation management includes outside innovation, cooperative innovation, information search, and intellectual property protection. Finally, conclusions and implications are discussed.
