創業家精神與創新策略改造企業版圖之研究-宏全國際之個案教學

How the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Strategy Improve Business Territory: A Case Method on Hon Chuan Enterprise

摘要


本文以宏全國際股份有限公司作為個案研究對象,深入探討宏全國際最關鍵性的創新策略-垂直整合策略、In House 策略、保障式策略聯盟與模擬合資策略的演進與創新的過程,這種創新的商業模式如何引領著宏全國際一步一步的甩開競爭對手走向臺灣飲料包裝產業第一大製造商,創造瓶蓋王國的版圖。本文個案包含掌舵者開創的經營哲學與創業家精神、創新策略形成與宏全國際未來所面臨的挑戰三個核心主題,希望能結合理論與實務,本文嘗試以個案研究結合個案教學之方式撰寫,除了完成個案研究外,亦能符合個案相關課程教學目標,經由此個案分析,完成若干具有管理意涵之推論,做為未來進一步驗證之基礎。

Our article investigates the most critical innovation strategies of Hon Chuan International, including its vertical integration strategy, in-house layout strategy, and the strategic alliance of security contract. We also examine the development of Hon Chuan's simulated joint ventures as well as the process of its innovation. It is by this innovative business model that Hon Chuan becomes the largest manufacturer in the beverage packaging industry of Taiwan and owns its present dominion. The case study in this article consists of three key issues: the CEO's entrepreneurship and management philosophy, the formulation of an innovation strategy, and the challenges that Hon Chuan International will encounter in the future. We combine this case study with a case method so that we can not only accomplish our case study but also achieve the teaching objective of our case method. Several inferences of management significance are eventually reached, which we hope will be a basis for the advanced empirical study in the future.
