It is an important issue for service industry sales to apply service innovation and professional growth to enhance team learning and achieve task performance. This study mainly explores the relationships between team learning, service innovation, professional growth, and task performance of insurance company sales. This study adopted questionnaire survey method and structural equation modelling to analyze data. The results indicate that team learning has positive and significant effects on service innovation and task performance. Service innovation has a significant positive effect on task performance. This study further demonstrates the mediating effect of service innovation and the moderating effect of professional growth on the relationship between team learning and task performance. This study provides specific recommendations to insurance industry, related enterprise, and future research.
