摘要


本研究乃運用問題導向學習法於大學部不動產投資分析課程之教學實踐研究,主要目的為探討實施PBL教學方法與傳統教學方法對學生的學習成效、學習態度及學習動機之影響。研究對象為大學部修習不動產投資分析課程之學生,108學年度之學生為實驗組,107學年度之學生為控制組,採準實驗設計法,進行問卷調查與統計分析,經由單因子共變數及獨立樣本t檢定之統計結果顯示,在基礎知識獲得方面,實施PBL與傳統教學方法,學習成效並無顯著差異,但在應用技能提升方面,採用PBL教學法的學習成效顯著優於傳統教學法學生;接受PBL教學法的學習態度及學習動機,顯著優於接受傳統教學法。

This research is the application of PBL teaching in the real estate investment analysis course of the university. The main purpose is to explore the impact of the implementation of PBL teaching method and traditional teaching method on students' effectiveness, attitude and motivation. The subjects of the study are students who are different from 108 and 107 school year. This study adopts the quasi-experimental method to conduct questionnaire surveys and statistical analysis. The statistical results of ANCOVA and t-test show PBL course activities. Students are significantly better than those of traditional teaching methods in attitude and motivation. In application of skill improvement, PBL teaching method is significantly better than that of traditional teaching method students in effectiveness.
