以資訊安全觀點探討影響醫師使用電子病歷之研究

實施電子病歷會帶來許多便利性，包括醫療資訊的管理與交換。但是在現階段與電子病歷有關的人，無論是病患、醫療機構、醫護人員或資訊專家等，仍然對實施電子病歷可能引發的病人隱私洩露及資訊安全有所疑慮。雖然目前國內外有許多資訊安全相關研究，而以往研究都圍繞於資訊安全之政策及規範，鮮少以資訊安全觀點出發討論人們行為或心態對於使用意圖的影響。本研究期望能夠透過修正後科技持續理論之概念架構，解釋及預測資訊系統的接受和持續使用行為，並透過所加入的認知風險與信任來探討醫師之心理層面，以達到正確評估影響的關鍵因素。本研究以對醫院醫師發放問卷的量測方式，共收集到179份有效問卷，有效回收率71.6%，並以統計軟體SPSS 22.0和SmartPLS 2.0驗證各變數間的假設關係及整體研究模型的解釋能力。研究結果發現醫師的認知風險會負向影響醫師的信任，並透過信任以直接或間接的方式影響醫師的持續使用意圖。

Implementation of electronic medical records will undoubtedly bring many conveniences. However at this stage with the electronic medical records, whether related patient, hospitals, medical or information experts, which may lead to the disclosure of patient privacy and information security. This empirical study expects to explain and predict the physician behavior for the electronic medical records and to explore the physician awareness through the risk and trust factors, in order to achieve the correct assessment for the key factors. The results show that perceived risk would negatively affect the physician's trust. Moreover, the physicians through the trust will directly or indirectly affect the continued use of the physician's intent.
