探討影響醫師使用電子病歷交換行為之研究

摘要

衛生福利部於2011年建置完成電子病歷交換中心(Electronic Medical Record Exchange Center, EEC)，先以CT、MRI、PET等影像進行交換，計畫跨展至其它電子病歷資料。推動實施電子病歷交換已是我國重要的健康政策。而電子病歷交換的主要使用者為醫師，若無醫師的支持與參與，發展電子病歷交換的效益將無法完全發揮。因此，本研究期望能以資訊系統成功模式(Information System Success Model)與科技接受模式(Technology Acceptance Model, TAM)為基礎輔以Wixom & Todd (2005)的整合性模式，並加入「工作相關性」、「電腦自我效能」為研究架構，以電子病歷交換過程中扮演關鍵角色之醫生觀點，探討影響醫師使用電子病歷交換行為之研究。
本研究以醫院問卷發放方式，共發出300份問卷，有效問卷為184份，有效問卷回收率為61.3%；並應用SPSS 22.0與SmartPLS 2.0統計分析軟體進行資料分析。研究結果顯示，影響醫師使用電子病歷交換的關鍵因素中電子病歷交換的資訊品質重要性較電子病歷交換的系統品質高。

The Ministry of Health and Welfare has built Electronic Medical Record Exchange Center (EEC) since 2011, began to use the CT, MRI, PET to exchange, and the EEC plan to exchange the other electronic medical records. Promote the implementation of electronic medical records exchange is a important health policy for Taiwan. However, the main user of the electronic medical records exchange are physicians, if without the support and participation of physicians, the development of electronic medical records exchange will not bring benefits. Therefore, this study expects to use the framework of the information system success model and the technology acceptance Mode and Wixom & Todd, (2005) the theoretical integration of user satisfaction and technology acceptance and join the job relevance and computer self-efficacy to investigate the factors influencing physician behaviors in affecting usage with electronic medical records exchange.
In this study, a questionnaire distributed to hospital. A total of 300 questionnaires were administered to physicians and 184(61.3%) completed the questionnarires, and we use SPSS22.0 and SmartPLS 2.0 statistical software for data analysis. The results showed the key factor of information quality has more important than system quality for physician behaviors in affecting usage with electronic medical records exchange.
