國軍主財資訊系統導入雲端服務滿意度研究
The study of cloud service satisfaction by using the National troops main financial information system
摘要
國軍主財資訊系統為朝向雲端發展，於102年訂頒「國軍主財資訊策略發展方案」，依期程推動系統整合及業務流程再造作業，，目前迄今國軍主財資訊系統已啟用超過一年的時間，對於導入成效及使用者的滿意度尚須做更深入的探討，基於DeLone & McLean(2003)所發展的資訊系統成功模式(information systems success model)，測量使用者資訊滿意度的理論，總結為三種必須注意的品質因素─資訊品質(information quality)、系統品質(system quality)及服務品質(service quality)。故在國軍主財資訊系統導入雲端期間，國軍人員對國軍主財資訊系統導入雲端後之滿意度如何？ 故本研究擬以DeLone & McLean(2003)資訊系統成功模式為基礎架構，輔以使用者的知覺行為控制，並以科技準備度(technology readiness index)為干擾變數，探討使用者使用國軍主財雲端資訊系統的滿意度，希望藉由研究結果的分析與所提建議，用以作為日後國軍持續推動雲端服務，提昇品質之參考。本研究結果發現： 使用者經過實際使用過國軍主財系統導入雲端服務後，對於系統整體知覺的滿意程度，且滿意度整體的因素平均值達3.25表示使用者對於使用滿意度偏向正面的看法。且不同使用者對於線上簽核系統的滿意度大多相同，並不會因性別、年齡、教育程度、軍階、服務年資而產生差異。

Therefore, during the military the main financial information systems to import the cloud, the military personnel of the military the main financial information system lead after satisfaction of the cloud how? After the user actually used National troops financial system lead cloud service, the overall perception of satisfaction with the system, and the average overall satisfaction factor of 3.25 means that the user satisfaction bias for use positive view. And different user satisfaction with online sign-systems are mostly the same, and not because of gender, age, education level, rank, years of service and a difference.
