“地方體育資訊傳播網”之數位資源管理模型研究

摘要

從後工業社會邁向資訊經濟社會（或知識經濟社會），其中知識的發展、傳播、流通與運用對社會的影響甚鉅，而電腦網路則是加速此一社會變遷的重要角色。網際網路因此成為人類文明和知識傳承的主要媒介，尤其是全球資訊網(WWW)的應用發展，已經成為開放性網路合作體系下的標準技術平臺。
因此，本研究分別根據電子商務應用發展的趨勢，分析入口網站成功的經營典範；並從組織資訊管理系統的規劃與應用演進，分析當代資訊技術架構與企業資訊基礎建設規劃的參考模型。最後配合「地方體育資訊傳播網」規劃的遠景與目標，應用前述入口網站經營與資訊管理理論架構，提出各項建置與推廣策略，以及體育資訊數位資源的管理參考模型與管理原則。

In the coming of new knowledge economics era, the dramatically impact on society come from knowledge evolution, dissemination, distribution and application. Computer network is enabling technology of the social change. Internet has becoming the most important carrier of human civilization. The WWW is open system interface that is supporting discovery, communication and collaboration on Internet. Therefore, this study tries to develop the reference model of digital resource management for sport information portal. This model will provides its managerial principles of information system planning, information technology architecture, information infrastructure and the best practice of successful portal.
