本研究目的爲探討戶外冒險教育營隊指導員應具備之專業能力,並建立各能力層級權重。本研究以11位相關產業界及學術界之專家爲對象,採用「戶外冒險教育營隊指導員專業能力」問卷,並使用德懷術及層級分析法進行三回合問卷調查。本研究以SPSS12.0及Excel 2003進行資料處理,統計方法包含:平均數、標準差及權重分析等。根據研究結果得知:一、戶外冒險教育營隊指導員應具備:領導管理、專業技術、專業證照、課程設計、基本能力及基本知識等6大能力及其44項分項能力。二、在6大能力權重方面,依序爲「領導管理」(其分項權重第一爲『安全維護』)、「專業技術」(其分項權重第一爲『應變能力』)、「專業證照」(其分項權重第一爲『紅十字會急救員證』)、「課程設計」(其分項權重第一爲『營造安全教學環境』)、「基本能力」(其分項權重第一爲『危機處理』)與「基本知識」(其分項權重第一爲『戶外安全及生存』)。最後研究者依據研究結果對實務界與後續研究分別提出建議。
The purpose of this research is to establish the level of professional competency outdoor adventure education camp instructors (OAECI) should possess, and to develop a competency weight for each level. The study participants were 11 industry and academy experts. The ”OAECI professional competency” questionnaire was used to collect data, and each questionnaire was processed three times using Delphi and AHP techniques. Data were processed using SPSS12.0 and Excel 2003 software, and the mean, standard deviation, and weight was statistically analyzed. This study derived two conclusions: First, the 6 major competencies OAECIs should possess include leadership management, professional technique, professional competence, professional certification, curriculum planning skills, administration abilities, and related basic knowledge, as well as 44 other individual abilities. Second, according to the weight analysis, the most crucial ability is leadership management, of which ”security maintenance” is the most valuable. Professional technique is the second most crucial ability, in which ”adaptability” is the most valuable. The third most crucial competency is ”professional certification,” in which a Red Cross first-aid license is the most valuable. The fourth most crucial competency is ”curriculum planning, implementing, and evaluation skills,” in which ”building a safe learning environment” is the most valuable. The fifth most crucial competency is ”basic abilities,” in which ”crisis management” is the most valuable. The sixth most crucial competency is ”basic knowledge,” in which ”outdoor safety and viability” is the most valuable. Finally, according to the study results, recommendations are provided to practitioners and future researchers.
