綠建築設備技術導入既有建築之採用意願及影響因素研究

Intention of Adoption and Influence Factors of Green Building Service and Equipment Technology introduced to Existing Buildings

摘要


目前台灣新舊建築比例已降至3%左右,既有建築之綠性能改善,已是台灣在推動綠建築工作上必須積極面對的問題。本研究嘗試透過專家評價法,探討既有建築進行綠性能改善時,專家對於各種綠建築設備技術之採用意願以及影響專家採用意願之主要因素。研究結果顯示,本研究所探討的25項綠建築設備技術,其採用意願可分成高、中高、中及低採用意願等四個分群。影響採用意願之主要因素為技術之綠建築性能貢獻度及經濟效益兩項。此外,本研究亦依據各技術之採用意願影響因素評價結果,將綠建築設備技術分成高效自由型、中效限制型、低效自由型與未來限制型等四種技術類型。本研究成果可供既有建築進行建築設備綠性能改善時,技術選用決策之參考。

The portion of new buildings in the old ones in Taiwan has reduced to around 3%. Improvement of green performances of existing buildings has become a major issue in promotion of green buildings in Taiwan. With experts’ evaluation method, the study attempts to explore the intention of adoption of experts in various green building services and equipment technologies in improvement of green performances of existing buildings and what are the influence factors. The results show that the 25 green building services and equipment technologies in this study can be divided into four subgroups of high, medium/high, medium and low intention of adoption. The major influence factors include green building performance contribution and economic effects. Moreover, based on the evaluation results of influence factors of each technology, the study divided them into four types-high efficiency with freedom, medium efficiency with limits, low efficiency with freedom and future limits. The results shall serve as reference of improvement of green building performance of existing building in selection of technologies.
