軍事教育體系革新工作之規劃推動,方能檢視國軍基礎院校教育內涵,以落實教育評鑒工作,創造優質教育環境,進而提升國軍整體人力素質;而軍校生品德與領導才能的培養,乃為軍校基礎教育中的重要目標。發展適當的「軍校生品德與領導才能」評鑒量表,並將其落實在軍校生活管理中,必能提供領導管理者管理策略設計與運用之參考依據,進而可控制訓練情境,協助軍校生全方位的均衡發展。本研究首先發展一評鑒軍校生品德與領導才能之量表,透過立意抽樣對國防管理學院的398位學生進行量表問卷施測,經對回收後有效樣本資料進行因素分析之結果顯示,共計萃取出「領導執行」等八項評鑒指標;接續運用集群分析法建構一集群與分類模型,並進一步由卡方獨立性檢定結果發現集群分類與居住地、家中排行、學業成績排名、體能與儀態成績排名等間存在統計上顯著的關聯。
Training cadets with the characteristics of morality and leadership capability is of the most importance in military education. It is necessary for us to provide the officer an appropriate evaluation method to assess cadets' performances. This research aims to develop an evaluation scale in accessing Cadets' mortality and leadership traits. A total of 398 effective questionnaires were collected and eight measures were taken by the factor analysis. We finally extract eight evaluation indicators, such as leadership capability, and obtain summary measures for separate evaluation indicators. Analyzing the data by clustering techniques, we discover meaningful relationship, patterns and trend among these indicators and demographic variables. According to the survey results, recommendations were provided to the educational authorities for future strategy evaluation and improvement.
