Modern logistics is the organic part of agricultural product supply chain, and it is playing an important role in the modern agricultural industry. In order to effectively satisfy the demands of consumers, agricultural manufacturing and machining enterprises must synthetically consider the biologic attributes of agricultural products and the characteristics of different logistics providers for selecting the optimized logistics scheme. According to the characteristics of agricultural products, the main influence factors of agricultural product logistics scheme selection are divided into logistics cost, logistics time, logistics quality, logistics flexibility and logistics convenience. Then after calculating the distances between the ideal scheme and the actual schemes, an dynamical fuzzy decision model of agricultural product logistics scheme selection is built, which is based on the theory of dynamical fuzzy decision and variable weights. Moreover, according to the maximal closing degree principle of the actual scheme to the plus ideal scheme, the optimized agricultural product logistics scheme can be educed for relevant enterprises in the agricultural industry.
