An Empirical Analysis of the Economic Growth Factors and Trends Based on Henan Province

The article embarks from the economic growth theory, through the analysis of the GDP of Henan province nearly 20 years to discuss the influencing factors of economics growth in Henan province and the trend of the future trends. According to the theory of multiple linear regression and SPSS statistical software have built the multiple linear regression equation of the total amount of GDP and the import and export, number of practitioners, total energy production, consumer price index, total retail sales of consumer goods. And through the test of regression coefficients, cut out the no significant effect on economic growth in Henan province factor, finally determine the factors that affect economic growth in Henan province, and GDP is established with the multiple linear regression equation of these factors. Besides, this article also through the comparison of the regression analysis and grey forecast the two methods applied in economic forecasting, and finally decide to use the grey prediction model to forecast GDP in the next five years in Henan province. Results show that the GDP of Henan Province in the next five years has a significant upward trend.
