建構複合式產品感性意象評價模式之研究

Establishing an Evaluation Model of Product Compound Kansei Image

摘要


為改善傳統以單一視覺感性知覺為主的評價方式,本研究提出複合式產品感性意象之評價模式,其施行程序首先確認產品樣本與產品的意象語彙,並進行感性量測問卷調查,所得資料以熵值權重法估計各感性語彙的重要度權值,運用績效評比分數的發散程度作為決定權值的方法,可提升權值設定的合理性與客觀性,降低人為主觀設定權值的缺點;並以逼近理想、解排序法評比各樣本在複合式感性意象的總體續效,以相對性貼近度作為排序之依據,所得結果可協助設計者建立產品造形風格標竿與擴展產品多樣性之設計發想。

In order to improve the evaluation approach of only a single visual kansei perception, this study proposes an evaluation model of product compound kansei image. The implementation procedure first identifies product samples and image words, and conducts a kansei measurement questionnaire. The obtained data were analyzed for the important weightings of kansei words using entropy method. The approach to determine weightings by the divergent degree of performance scores can enhance rationale and objectivity, and thus reduce the shortcoming of subjective weighting setting. The TOPSIS approach was then used to rate the overall performance under a compound kansei image. According to the relative c10seness degree, the ranking order can be achieved. The results can assist designers to establish benchmark of product form style and develop conceptual design with varieties.
