運用感性工學系統於擴增實境產品之感性設計特徵探討

摘要


擴增實境是設置虛擬物件於真實環境中,並恰當地結合虛擬物件,藉由適當的顯示裝置呈現真實環境之技術。到目前為止,擴增實境已成功地應用於各個不同領域。然而,很少研究的議題是關注如何設計一個以滿足顧客喜好為設計準則的優良擴增實境產品。本研究引進長町三生教授於1997年發展出的感性工學,用以探討擴增實境產品中,決定顧客情感之重要設計元素。其次,解構擴增實境產品並找出其設計特徵元素,再予以分類。第三點,運用感性形容詞語彙來表達擴增實境之顧客情感。第四點,使用模糊概念簡化與量化設計特徵,以及感性形容詞語彙。最後,經由類神經網路方法精準地建立關係模型。擴增實境設計師可根據本研究之分析和模型建立結果評估擴增實境產品之良善,並進一步了解各個設計特徵之影響,以達到設計一個有吸引力的擴增實境產品。

Augmented Reality (AR) is the technology that places virtual objects in a real environment properly and combines them into the real world by the display device. So far, AR has been successfully applied to vast different fields. However, little researches concerned the issue of design criterion about how to design a good AR product satisfying customer preferences. This study firstly introduces the Kansei engineering scheme, developed by Nagamachi in 1997, to explore the crucial design elements that determine customers’ emotion about the presentation of an AR product. Secondly, the AR design is decomposed and its specific design features are found and classified. Thirdly, customer’s emotions about an AR product are expressed in Kansei adjective words. Fourthly, both the design features and Kansei adjective words are simplified and quantified using fuzzy concept. Finally, their relationship model is accurately built via the artificial neural network method. Through this analysis and model building results, the AR designers may have accordance to evaluate the goodness of an AR product, and furthermore to understanding the influence of each design feature on how to design an attractive AR product.
