摘要

台灣是華語流行音樂的指標重鎮，身為國內音樂獎項最高榮譽的台灣金曲獎因而受到各國華語音樂人的關注。全球化時代的來臨，使得台灣與國外音樂界交流更加頻繁，中華民國台灣行政院新聞局順應此潮流進行了許多改革，期許使金曲獎轉型為國際性的獎項，同時也採取了許多保存與鼓勵本地音樂文化的措施。本研究以資料分析法檢視金曲獎歷年的各種相關資料，試圖整理出台灣金曲獎演進過程分別受全球化與在地化兩種力量之影響與其意涵，此外，本研究也概略性的探究台灣自身特有的政治及社會背景與金曲獎流行音樂獎項演變的相關性。

Taiwan is the leading center of Chinese popular music, so the Golden Melody Awards, the highest honor of musical awards of Taiwan, is regarded as important by many foreign music artists. In recent years, globalization allows Taiwanese music artists to interact more frequently with foreign music artists. For this reason, The Government Information Office of Taiwan (R.O.C) takes steps to transform the Taiwan Golden Melody Awards into an international award, but simultaneously takes protective actions to ensure the rights of local music cultures. In this study, the researcher analyzes many data related to the Taiwan Golden Melody Awards and attempts to find out what impacts globalization and localization have on them. The researcher also makes a brief discussion about the influences that Taiwanese politics and social development have on the Golden Melody Awards.
