應用整合性資訊架構於資訊系統之系統分析與設計

摘要

面對全球技術快速變化的環境，及講究營運的速度，企業常會利用到資訊系統來提升企業的競爭力，改善作業效率，以及因應市場顧客各式各樣的需求。但在導入資訊系統之際，對企業現有流程往往需要調整，才能達到電子化作業。一般而言，企業導入資訊系統時，如果所考慮的重點是企業局部之需求，著重的重點會在於單一流程的電腦化。但是在網路環境下資訊系統所影響的層面是跨部門及跨層級的，僅考慮局部的需求是無法達成企業所需的。因此，如何有效兼顧各層面來發展電子化系統已是一重要課題。有鑑於此，本研究應用兼顧資料流程、功能與組織層面之整合性資訊架構(AHS)來進行企業資訊化之系統分析設計，並以廠商之實際案例進行研究探討。研究結果發現，使用此架構可同時考慮系統需求、分析與設計，而且容易與合作廠商進行討論與溝通。

Face with the changeable environment and the development of the speed of business operation, information systems are usually applied in an enterprise to improve the competitiveness, the efficiency and to take care of all kinds of customer's demand. However, it is necessary to adjust the existing business processes for running the information systems and achieving the objectives of e-business. In view of this, in this paper the use of Architecture of Information System (ARIS) that the viewpoint of data flow, function, control and organization is to solve the analysis and design problems in information systems. Also, a real case of cooperative company is implemented to demonstrate how the approach works. The results reveal that this architecture can take into account the different viewpoint in business information systems simultaneously.
