本研究旨在了解建國科技大學學生,在時代變遷及校園環境的薰陶下其學校生活適應及情緒穩定的情形。本研究利用「生活適應量表」及「情緒穩定量表」為研究工具,針對建國科大全體日間部及進修部的學生為調查對象,在四個學院中隨機抽取二十個班級,共得有效樣本862人。研究結果顯示: 一、在學校生活適應方面: (一)男生的常規適應顯著地優於女生。 (二)工程學院的學生之生活常規顯著優於管理學院、人文學院與設計學院之學生。 (三)日間部與進修部學生在學校生活適應方面沒有顯著差異。 二、在情緒穩定方面: (一)女生比男生較會憂慮自己的健康問題。 (二)女生比男生缺乏自信及自我尊重。 (三)女生比男生較易出現強迫性的想法及觀念。 (四)女生比男生較在意別人的批評及感覺不自在。 (五)工程學院學生之焦慮程度顯著地比管理學院、人文學院與設計學院之學生為高。 (六)日間部與進修部學生在情緒穩定方面沒有顯著差異。
The purpose of this study was to understand the students' school life adaptation and emotion stable situation in Chienkuo Technology University under the pressure of time vicissitude and campus environment. The life adaptation scale and the emotion stable scale were administered in the research. The research subjects were all students in the Division of Daytime Education and the Division of Continuing Education. Randomly selected 20 classes in four colleges and obtained the effective sample of 862. The findings were shown: 1. The adaptation aspect in school life a. Male student's conventional adaptation revealed better than the female students. b. The conventional adaptation of the students of the Engineering college were better than the students of the business and management college, humanities college and design college. c. There was no difference among the students in the Division of Daytime Education and the students in the Division of Continuing Education. 2. The emotional stabilization aspect a. Female students were more caring about their own healthy situation than the male students. b. Female students' self-confidence and self-respect were less than male students. c. Female students had more obsessive behavior and concept than male students. d. Female students were more concerning about others critics and feeling uncomfortable than male students. e. Engineering college students were more anxious than the students of the business and management college, the humanities college and design college. f. There was no difference among the students in the Division of Daytime Education and the students in the Division of Continuing Education.
