生態型海岸保護工法研究

摘要

本研究主要探討海岸保護工法發展演進、海岸生態工法發展概況、國內海岸生態環境及生態型海岸保護工法發展方向與型態。
傳統海岸保護工法主要以防災功能為主，防止海岸侵蝕及保護海岸安全。因應21世紀為國際〝環境世紀〞，未來海岸保護工程勢必需與海岸自然環境和諧共生，兼具生態機能。生態型海岸保護工法主要仍以海岸保護為目的，並兼具海岸生態共生共榮機能，其發展方向以「改善、創造原有海岸保護工法之生態機能」，其發展型態包括直接生態促進型與間接生態促進型等。國內未來發展生態型海岸保護工法，本研究認為初期應以開發海岸保護結構物附加生態機能較為可行，在改善工法上可考慮基本斷面形狀改良、原有斷面附加生態機能以及改良原有斷面部材構造等三種基本對策。

The object of this study is intended to investigate the developing trend of both shore protection methods and coastal ecotechnology. By the way, the domestic ecological environments of coast 、the developing direction and the types of ecologically-coastal protection methods etc. were also presented. Here the ecologically-coastal shore protection means that it should be considered the balance of coast between developmental behavior and natural environment. The developing trends will improve and create the original ecological function of shore protection. And its developing types can be classified as the directly promoting type and the indirectly promoting type. For the futural domestic developments in ecologically-coastal protection methods, it could be available to attach ecology function on shore protection structures in the initial stage. Finally three basic strategies were considered including the shape improvement on the basic cross section、attaching ecology function on original cross section and evolving the elemental material of traditional structure etc. respectively.
