中小型企業回應能力之提升-先進規劃排程系統之建置

Enhancing the Responsiveness of the Small-to-Medium Enterprise by Building the APS System

摘要


近年來,許多企業透過有效的供應鏈管理來提升整體供應鏈之績效、降低成本、提高服務水準、減少長鞭效應,以及改善市場回應能力。其中,即時答交(Available-to-promise, ATP)為企業所必須具備的重要功能。目前大多數的企業資源規劃系統(ERP)無法有效安排資源的使用,導致無法依顧客交期準時達交。先進規劃排程系統(APS)涵蓋主規劃、物料規劃與排程等模組,依據有限產能及限制理論基礎,進行生產規劃排程,能更快速回應顧客之訂單探詢,正好能彌補ERP系統之不足。本研究將以APS為基礎,設計並建置一套ATP系統,期能提供較高水準之顧客服務。研究中並以一家汽車零組件廠為例,說明企業以APS基礎之ATP系統之運作方式。從個案中可以觀察出,導入整合系統之後,在及時達交、訂單履行前置時間、資源利用率以及存貨成本上,皆具有顯著改善成效。未來該公司可以此系統為基礎,導入供應鏈管理之相關系統,像是供應商關係管理(SRM)與顧客關係管理(CRM),以提昇企業間之協同規劃能力。

Many companies have improved performance, reducing cost, increasing service levels, reducing the bullwhip effect, and improving responsiveness to changes in marketplace, by implementing the effective supply chain management recently. To enhance service level, the available-to-promise (ATP) is as the necessary function of an enterprise. Unfortunately, ERP systems, a majority of enterprises work with, fail to utilize resources effectively and thereby lead to inaccurate due date assignment. The APS, including the functions of master planning, material planning and scheduling, can execute the relative planning activities according to finite capacity. This is capable of quick response to order quoting. This study focuses on the APS-based ATP system for providing high level of customer service. Furthermore, this study selects a manufacturing company of sedan components as an example for explaining the implement of the proposed system. The results after introducing the integrated system include improved on-time delivery, shorten order fulfillment lead time, higher resource utilization and reduced inventory costs. The future development of this company is to enhance the competence of collaborative planning by integrating supplier relationship management (SRM) and customer relationship management (CRM).
