醫學中心導入PACS之關鍵成功因素研究

摘要

依據相關文獻探討與專家訪談意見，本研究蒐集許多有關於醫療院所導入醫療影像儲存傳送系統(PACS)之影響因素，並將影響醫療院所導入PACS之因素分為四個構面，包括：PACS供應商技術能力、醫療產業環境、醫院內部環境與醫院策略。為了達成本研究之目的，本研究以醫學中心為研究對象，採用Borda方程式以找出醫學中心導入PACS在上述四個構面之關鍵成功因素。根據研究結果，本研究建構出醫學中心導入PACS之關鍵成功因素之全面性架構，此架構可進一步供其他在未來計劃導入PACS之醫療院所做一參考。最後，本研究根據研究結論，分別針對實務界與後續研究者提出中肯建議。

According to the related literature reviews and experts’ opinions from medical centers, this study collected many determinants for introducing Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) in hospitals and these determinants can be divided into four central constructs: the technical ability of PACS supplier, the competitive environment of medical industry, the internal environment of hospital, and the hospital strategy. In order to achieve the research objective, data for this investigation was collected from medical centers, and this study used the Borda's function to extract the critical success factors (CSFs) of each construct for introducing PACS in medical centers. According to the research results, this study constructed an overall framework for the CSFs of introducing PACS in medical centers. Finally, this study proposed relevant implications and suggestions for practitioners and future research.
