摘要

本文旨在探討柔道運動歷經百年的演變與發展中，冀能獲得對柔道運動進一步的瞭解。回顧過去柔道規則及歷史的改變後加以分析探討，不僅可以提供我們關於其過去發展過程的風貌，並藉由此探討更能了解其對近代柔道運動的影響乃至對未來的發展趨勢。除此之外也更能讓我們深入去了解探討，國際柔道總會之組織架構及其功能性，對未來競技柔道運動中，裁判執法時的專業及客觀性是否給予建立一良好且有信譽的機制。

This study discusses the developments of Judo for more than one hundred years. With it, we can understand Judo more. Looking back to the Judo rules and the historical changes can not only provide us with its whole developing process but also help us understand more about the influences in the contemporary Judo and the tendency to the future Judo developments. Besides that, we also look deeply into the organization and its function of International Judo federation, and set up an excellent and creditable function to make the referees judge more professionally and objectively in the future Judo competitions.
