阻力運動與有氧運動不同先後順序對膝伸肌肌力與肌肉活性之影響

The Effect of Different Sequence of Resistance Exercise and Aerobic Exercise on Torque an d Neuromuscular Activation of the Knee Extensor s Muscles

摘要


目的:探討一次性複合式運動中,阻力運動與有氧運動在不同順序下對伸膝肌力與神經肌肉活性之影響。方法:9位大學體育系健康男性受試者(24.4 ± 3.3歲、171.5 ± 5.2公分、68.5 ± 8.1公斤),接受4天的實驗,第1天測量最大攝氧量,第2天測量最大肌力,第3與第4天測量不同順序的複合式訓練,隨機實施先阻力後有氧運動。(resistance exercise + aerobic exercise, RA)與先有氧後阻力運動(aerobic exercise + resistance exercise, AR)。在運動前後觀察膝關節伸膝最大等長收縮時力矩值與神經肌肉表現。結果:在伸膝肌力部分,進行RA時,後測顯著低於前測,肌力下降程度顯著大於AR。在神經肌肉活化表現方面,再經過RA後,股外側肌、股內側肌具股直肌後測皆顯著小於前測(p < .05)。神經肌肉活化下降程度上,股外側肌經過RA處理後下降程度顯著大於AR。股直肌經過RA處理後下降程度顯著大於AR。結論:在一次性的有氧與阻力複合式運動後,雖然相同運動量,先進行阻力運動再進行有氧運動時,下肢伸肌肌群反應出肌力與神經肌肉表現下降程度較多的情形。

Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of different sequence of resistance exercise and aerobic exercise on maximal isometric torque and neuromuscular activation of the knee extensors. Method: By randomized assignment, nine health males (24.4 ± 3.3 yr, 171.5 ± 5.2 cm, 68.5 ± 8.1 kg) completed resistance exercise + aerobic exercise (RA) and aerobic exercise + resistance exercise (AR). The RE included two exercises (leg extension and leg curl, repetitions at 65% 1RM with a 90-sec rest among all sets and exercise). The aerobic exercise was 65% VO_(2max) running for 30 minutes. Surface electromyographic activity and torque were obtained during maximal voluntary contraction. Results: The isometric torque developed by the knee extensor muscles during maximal voluntary contraction decreased significantly after RA. The reduction of the isometric torque was greater after RA than AR. The neuromuscular activation of the vastus lateralis was decreased after RA. The neuromuscular activation of the vastus medialis obliquus was decreased after RA. The neuromuscular activation of the rectus femoris was decreased after RA. The reduction of vastus lateralis and rectus femoris neuromuscular activation was greater after RA than AR. Conclusion: Aerobic exercise after resistance exercise can lead more stimulation to lower body muscles.
