Injuries from exercise often resulted from lack of warm-up, insufficient muscle build-up, un-appropriated muscle strength, over training, dysfunctional equipment, practicing on high-level skills, etc. Injuries are main cause to athletes who miss their goals in competition. The precaution to injuries is invaluable than post treatment.
