目的:探討知覺角色模糊、團隊大小對團隊凝聚力之間的關係。方法:研究對象為256位大專運動員,其中男生180位、女生76位,平均年齡為20.48歲(SD=1.5),實施角色模糊量表與團隊情境量表之施測。調查資料以獨立樣本t檢定、皮爾遜積差相關和單因子變異數分析進行統計分析。結果:一、在進攻及防守二種情境下,三個角色模糊構面皆與團隊凝聚力的四個因素呈負相關;二、「進攻責任範圍」、「防守責任範圍」、「進攻角色的評估」、「防守角色的評估」等知覺角色模糊,以及「個人對團隊社會的吸引力」及「團隊社會整合」等團隊凝聚力在不同團隊大小上均有顯著差異。結論:知覺角色模糊不利團隊凝聚力提升,教練應降低選手知覺角色模糊的個人因素及改善不同團隊大小所衍生的角色責任不清情況才能提升團隊凝聚力。
Purpose: This study was to investigate the relationship among perceptions of role ambiguity, group size and team cohesion. Method : Participants were 256 college players, including 180 males and 76 females (mean age = 20.48 ± 1.5 ), use purposive sampling and a questionnaire survey, collected data were entered by independent sample t test (t-test) , Pearson product -moment correlation, Single-factor analysis of variance (one-way ANOVA) , Scheffe method, Post-hoc analysis. Results: First, six dimensions of offense/defense role ambiguity and four dimensions of team cohesion was negatively correlated;Secondly, there is a significant difference among perception of offense/defense - scope of role responsibilities, evaluation of role performance, individual attractions to the group - social and group integration - social among different group size. Conclusion: Perceptions of role ambiguity were influenced team cohesion factors. Perceptions of role ambiguity adversely to enhance team cohesion, coaches should be reduced player's perception of role ambiguity and improve the different team sizes to derived role responsibilities unclear circumstances of in order to enhance team cohesion.
