提升休閒運動專業人才水準之策略規劃－以國立體育學院為例
The Strategic Planning for Promoting the Level of Leisure and Sports Professionals-A Case Study on National College of Physical Education and Sports

摘要
本文乃透過策略規劃之三階段來擬定國立體育學院提升休閒運動專業人才水準最佳策略，此三階段包含投入階段、配適階段、決策階段。經由研究結果顯示，「推廣戶外體驗教育與培養休閒教育專業人才，並擴大招收非體育專長者」為最佳的策略。

This article took three steps of strategic planning as analytic tool to development the best strategy for promoting the level of leisure and sports professionals of National College of Physical Education and Sports. Three steps consist of input stage, matching stage and decision stage. The result showed that promoting adventure and outdoor education, training professionals of leisure education and recruiting students who are not graduating from physical education relative departments is the best strategy.
