臺灣運動休閒場館設施危機管理能力之現況分析

摘要

本研究之目的在於探討運動休閒場館營運與管理需求觀點，發展運動休閒場館面臨危機時的處理作業流程的方向、危機事件處理、危機事件處理績效、基本資料產生的影響差異等，以提供運動休閒場館運用危機管理小組改造流程時參考。採取單因子變異數分析，結果發現體育運動場館之危機管理小組的成立對於危機事件處理整體績效、處理能力、作業時間、完成率、滿意度、相關資源運用、決策品質與作業穩定均有顯著的影響。實證結果顯示，危機管理小組化後不論是危機管理的整體績效、危機事件的解決能力、危機事件解決的作業時間、危機事件解決的作業等績效衡量變數，均獲得甚高的評價，顯示國內運動休閒場館對危機管理小組效用的肯定。

The purpose of this study was to explore the importance of crisis management analysis in sports facilities, and found out the relationships among total numbers of employees of the organization, operational types and operation of the crisis management analyses, and organizational crisis control. ANOVA was employed in conducting this study, and the results supported the ability when dealing with crisis issues; time consuming when dealing with crisis issues; percentage of completion; satisfactory degree; application of relevant resources; quality of decision making and secure and static working procedure. Furthermore, the crisis management team earned high credits in some performance weight variables, such as overall performance, ability to have crisis solved, how much time spend and working procedures to solve the crisis. These findings undoubtedly affirm the importance of establishing a crisis management team in the sport facility.
