運動志工持續涉入、團隊認同與滿意度之關係研究－以彰化縣高山青車隊為例

A Study on the Relationships among Sport Volunteer Enduring Involvement, Team Identity and Satisfaction: A Case Study of Kao San Ching Cycling Team

摘要

本研究旨在探討持續涉入、團隊認同與志工工作滿意度之關係，並以運動志工為研究主題。受測者來自彰化縣高山青車隊的隊員，以便利取樣的方式選取樣本，共取得志工有效問卷142份，透過問卷調查及結構方程(SEM)檢測本研究之模式，分析結果顯示此模型之配適度良好，本研究之重要研究結論如下：持續涉入會正向影響團隊認同；持續涉入會正向影響志工工作滿意度；團隊認同會正向影響志工工作滿意度。根據本研究結果對彰化縣高山青車隊管理者提供運動志工的持續涉入的策略、增進團隊認同與提高工作滿意度，並對政府相關單位及未來研究者提出建議。

The study aimed to explore the relationships among sport volunteer enduring involvement, team identity and satisfaction and the main research topic focused on sport volunteer. The participants were the teammates of Kao San Ching Cycling Team in Changhua County. Samples were chosen in the mode of convenience sample, and there were total 142 effective samples. By means of the questionnaires and SEM to examine the modes of the study, the result showed that the modes matched moderately. The findings of the study were as follows: Enduring involvement would positively affect team identity. Enduring involvement would positively affect volunteer job satisfaction. Team identity would positively affect volunteer job satisfaction. The results of the study provided the governors of the Kao San Ching Cycling Team in Changhua County with the strategies of sport volunteer enduring involvement, team identity increase and satisfaction enhancement and also offered suggestions to relative government departments and future researchers.
