台灣博物館休閒活動對觀光經濟效益分析

摘要

2009年的國際博物館日的年會主題，即是將｢博物館｣與｢觀光｣的議題相結合，利用博物館所展示的陳列品，吸引觀光客前往參觀，造就經濟價值。在國內，博物館是近年來重要的休閒活動之一，在文建會的推動下，各博物館陸續皆辦理了許多系列的特展，吸引大量人潮前往參觀，更進一步的帶動了博物館週邊的經濟活動。本研究利用觀光局所提供的博物館參觀人次及休憩區參觀人次博物館所佔的比例，進行比較分析，觀察台灣博物館目前參訪人次的成長率分析及其影響因素；並藉由區域產業關聯分析，以產業的投入與生產對地方稅收、生產與就業等實質經濟發展影響進行探討。研究結果顯示，博物館營運所產生經濟效果，對國內的產出效果、附加價值效果、勞動報酬效果、間接稅效果等皆呈現增加趨勢，且博物館經濟效益遠大於稅損。

The topic of the international museum day is ”Museum” and ”Tourist” issues in 2009. It uses the Museum exhibit attracting tourists to create the economic values. In Taiwan, the museum is an important activity of the leisure activities. Under the impetus of the Council for Cultural Affairs, parts of the museum held many exhibitions attracting large crowds to visit and promote the economic activities of the museum. This study attempts to use the data from the tourism bureau observing the growth rate of museum visitors. And we both use the regional input-output analysis to explore the museum leisure activities, local tax, and regional production associated with the economic benefits effects. The results of this study showed that the museum leisure activities can create the commercial activities and the regional economic benefits. The finding demonstrated that the economic benefits of the Museum on the value-added effect, labor compensation effects, and indirect tax effects would emerge an increasing trend, and the economic benefits of the Museum are larger than the tax loss.
