國、高中田徑選手教練領導方式對訓練滿意度影響之研究

摘要

本研究之目的在於探討國、高中田徑選手教練領導方式與訓練滿意度之現況及相關情形。本研究樣本係以苗栗縣立國、高中田徑選手為母群體，採隨機抽樣方式設計，總計發放問卷500份，回收有效問卷440份，回收有效率為88%，回收資料以Amos 7.0版統計軟體進行結構方程模式統計分析，以SPSS 12.0進行描述統計，研究結論為：（一）教練領導方式對個人表現有直接正向的影響。（二）教練領導方式對教練領導有直接正向的影響。（三）教練領導方式對團隊關係有直接正向的影響。（四）教練領導方式對訓練計畫有直接正向的影響。

The main purpose of this study is to understand the effect of coaching leadership style for junior and senior high school track and field athletes on their satisfaction with training. In terms of research samples, this study selected the junior and senior high school track and field athletes in Miaoli County in 2011 academic year as the research subjects. This study used random sampling to enroll subjects. A total of 440 valid questionnaires were returned. The statistical software Amos 7.0 was used to perform the statistical analysis of structural equation modeling, and spss 12.0 was used to perform the descriptive statistical analysis. The research conclusions are: (1) coaching leadership style has a direct and positive effect on personal performance; (2) coaching leadership style has a direct and positive effect on coaching leadership; (3) coaching leadership style has a direct and positive effect on team relations; (4) coaching leadership style has a direct and positive effect on training program.
