The main purpose of this study is to understand the effect of coaching leadership style for junior and senior high school track and field athletes on their satisfaction with training. In terms of research samples, this study selected the junior and senior high school track and field athletes in Miaoli County in 2011 academic year as the research subjects. This study used random sampling to enroll subjects. A total of 440 valid questionnaires were returned. The statistical software Amos 7.0 was used to perform the statistical analysis of structural equation modeling, and spss 12.0 was used to perform the descriptive statistical analysis. The research conclusions are: (1) coaching leadership style has a direct and positive effect on personal performance; (2) coaching leadership style has a direct and positive effect on coaching leadership; (3) coaching leadership style has a direct and positive effect on team relations; (4) coaching leadership style has a direct and positive effect on training program.
